Самый распространенный вид кодов стран - двухбуквенный (напр. ru для России). Существуют также трехбуквенные коды и коды, состоящие из трех цифр.Стандарт ISO 3166 состоит из трех частей:
- ISO 3166-1: коды стран (см.
